Join Ali and Jenny for an elevated movement and sound experience designed to support your body, calm your mind, & restore balance within your nervous system.
We’ll begin with a mindful, low-impact mat Pilates flow led by Ali to strengthen, lengthen, and reconnect you to your body-creating balance between effort & ease, strength & softeness.
You’ll then be guided into deep rest with a restorative sound experience by Jenny, allowing your system to soften, integrate, & return to a more balanced, regulated state.
This is your space to move with intention… and then be fully held.
